MP Construction & Excavation, LLC. is a locally owned and operated residential construction and remodeling business.  Throughout the years the owners Matt and Melissa Pollack have resisted the urge to grow for the sole purpose of loosing "Quality Control."  We personally meet with all potential customers, prepare estimates, are onsite for your project, and pride ourselves on customer service!

Matt and Melissa started providing home improvement in 1999 by providing trim carpentry services to customers and home builders. Today MP Construction & Excavation, LLC. is a full service remodeling contractor. Aside from residential remodeling, we provide excavation services and snow removal.   As required by law, we are a fully licensed contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and carry all insurances as required by the state. Matt will be on-site for all projects ensuring quality control while Melissa will be only a phone call away for any of your scheduling or billing questions.
